We recognise that our products are on many people’s Christmas wish lists, that’s why we do everything possible to ensure customers receive their orders promptly during the busy festive period. In order to ensure we have sufficient time to check and despatch orders we respectfully request that orders are placed by the dates outlined below. Due to increased order volumes over the festive period there are occasional delays, so we do strenuously recommend that orders are placed as early as possible in order to avoid any disappointment and where available use our Express services.
UK delivery deadlines
Orders must be placed and have passed all security checks* on the dates and times below in order to be despatched in time for pre Christmas delivery.

*Security checks generally take between 1-2 hours from when an order is placed, but occasionally may take longer. We recommend you place your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
**Deliveries to Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands take longer and so these orders should be placed at least one working day earlier than dates shown above.
Ireland delivery deadline
Orders must be placed and have passed all security checks* before the dates and times stated below in order to be despatched in time for pre-Christmas delivery. Please bear in mind that deliveries to the EU maybe subject to the destination countries import duties and other local taxes (e.g. the equivalent of UK VAT) – whilst these can generally be paid whilst the parcel is in transit, any delay could impact the parcel arriving in time for Christmas.
